Safa Park Community

The iconic Safa Park is located in Al Safa, a residential neighborhood in central Dubai. It borders Umm Suqeim, Al Wasl, and Jumeirah, and is primarily a residential development. The community is also closer to the lively Kite Beach and the exciting Downtown Dubai. Because of its proximity to many of the city’s most interesting districts, residents of Al Safa live an eventful existence. The majestic Dubai Water Canal also runs through the neighborhood, providing a spectacular perspective of Dubai’s skyline.
Al Safa is made up of two sub-communities: Al Safa 1 and Al Safa 2. Both communities are well-established, with a diverse selection of villas, flats, and townhouses available to tenants and investors.
